LET'S TALK ABOUT
COMMENTS !
I LOVE EM' !! IN FACT, I DEPEND ON THEM.
I THINK, THAT MOST PEOPLE WHO VISIT THIS BLOG
ARE LIKE ME..... MUSIC LOVERS !
I ALSO BELIEVE LIKE ME, THEY WORK LONG HOURS
AND DON'T GET A LOT OF FREE TIME TO HUNT OUT
OBSCURE RECORDS IN JUNK SHOPS, RECORD FAIRS
AND ON THE WEB. I ALSO DON'T BELIEVE THEY
HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO PROCESS, ENCODE, UPLOAD
AND THEN SHARE THE MUSIC THAT THEY BUY WITH
EVERYONE WHO VISITS THEIR SITE.
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY
THESE OTHER VERY BUSY PEOPLE HAVE TIME TO
CONTACT ME ANONYMOUSLY TO TELL ME THAT
192 kpbs IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM OR THAT
I PLACED A TRACK LIST ON THE SITE IN THE WRONG ORDER.
I KNOW THESE GOOD PEOPLE ARE MORE THAN
HAPPY TO DOWNLOAD MY MUSIC AND GO ON THEIR MERRY WAY
WITHOUT A WORD OF THANKS EVEN WHEN THEY GET
EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND I DO MY BEST WITH THE
LIMITED TIME I HAVE GOT.

RangeRaver. I can't do anything but agree. I would consider myself a music lover and although it never came to my mind to complain about things I didn't take the time to thank you for the great music you post on this blog either -- shame on me!
Why?
Because the music you have posted here has really made me a happier person. So let me thank you for all the stuff -- especially the Sexual Organs series!
Many friends of mine keep asking me for playlists of the stuff they heard at my place.. many of it compiled from the music I downloaded from your site.
So to make a long story short: thanks and keep up the good work!

Well said that man.
Now can you re-up that last post in 320kb..........only joking :)
It seems to be the bloggers curse, we spend all this time and effort and once again, the minority (or is it majority) spoil it for everyone else.
Keep on groovin
Jay
Hey, I've enjoyed a whole lotta stuff you've posted, and I've especially enjoyed the style with which you've done it. This site stands out among many as a place with real personality.
I've never complained, but at the same time, I've never offered thanks. (usually because I expect there to be some crappy registration)
Your site is a bright spot and a source of joy. It's appreciated, and as long as I draw breath, I'll keep stopping by to see what great stuff you've cooked up, and I'll keep sending people here as well, with my advance seal of approval.
I thank you for your effforts, kind sir. You are well liked.
The World is full selfish people
however, the vast majority are very grateful for what you do but may sometimes forget to say thank you.
Keep up the good work.

the old saying goes: beggars can't be choosers. i'm thankful for whatever bloggers put up. if people don't like what you have to offer...then don't come back! i know i have dl'd a few things from you in the past and prolly never left a thankyou/comment. i do thank you for putting up all the music here.
Dear RR, you really deserve much praise for this fantastic music blog and the jewells you share with us from time to time. I guess I have told you so in the past, but let's say it once more - you are definitely the best!! fede dixit
thought this was as good a spot as any to leave some comments. Just found your site the other day after talking about Jimmy Smith with some friends. I really love the lounge sort of stuff, but the Hammond Organ stuff....gets me where it counts. Some good good tunes on the site. I'm liking the way you present a lot of em as compilations rather than just straight albums; means if I see a tune I like it will probably be mixed in with a load I've never heard.
In the UK a lot of the old second hand shops have closed down; the internet dealers and Ebay make it a lot easier to do that kind of stuff from home. But I miss searching through the racks getting your fingers dirty as you flick through the records.
Anyhow blogs like this one remind me of that experience. In a good way!!! ;)
Thanks for your work! Keep it up!
amen
